Basic Treo Troubleshooting

##DATA

To restore the DATA profile:
1. On the dial pad, enter ##3282# (unless it’s the Treo 600, then you would enter ##3282, tap ok)
2. Press the Menu key or tap on Data in the upper left corner.
3. Tap on ‘Update Vision Profile’.
4. Tap on ‘Now’ to begin the update.
5. The device will connect to Sprint Provisioning and update the Data Profile.
6. When the update completes, the customer can click the OK button. The customer can now use Data Services.


##PRI

To restore the Blazer Browser:
1. On the dial pad, enter ##774# (unless it’s the Treo 600, then you would enter ##774, tap Dial)
2. Screen will display: PRI Checksum.
3. Tap button ‘Restore to Factory Defaults’.
4. Enter the MSL.
5. Screen will show ‘Please Wait’.
6. When the reset completes, the dial pad will come up. Try connecting to the web.
7. The device will automatically update the vision profile.
8. When the update completes, the customer can click the OK button. The customer can now use Data Services.


Picture Token Reset

To reset the picture tokens:
1. On the dial pad, enter ##3282# (unless it’s the Treo 600, then you would enter ##3282, tap ok)
2. Press the Menu key or tap on Data in the upper left corner.
3. Tap on ‘Pictures’.
4. Tap button ‘Clear Picture Token’.
5. Tap ‘OK’.
6. The dial pad will come up.
7. The device will now be able to upload or send picture mail.
